Bachelor in Global Law
The development of markets and the evolution of society as a whole require jurists who have highly interdisciplinary skills and are able to operate within private and public organizations that compete in the global arena.
The three-year degree course in Global Law, taught in English, is aimed at transmitting knowledge and developing the skills that are essential to carry out the innovative legal professions that are increasingly in demand in the international context of large institutional, corporate and professional entities.
In particular, it aims to:
- provide the theoretical and practical tools of the legal method that allow you to operate professionally in the international context and in that of different national systems;
- transmit a highly interdisciplinary knowledge of law , which integrates notions of business economics, finance, economics, as well as the use of digital technologies;
- delve into the global dimension of legal problems, in particular regarding:
- the functioning of institutions and businesses;
- the protection of the rights of individuals in the social and economic context;
- the legal requirements of organizations, both entrepreneurial and non-profit;
