International Management
This degree course , taught in English, provides students with the tools necessary to better understand businesses and the world in which they operate, preparing future managers, entrepreneurs and consultants to make a significant contribution within international organizations and companies, applying the principles of social responsibility and sustainability to business practice.
The course aims to provide an integrated and complete understanding of companies operating in globalized markets and in rapidly evolving contexts , characterized by environmental, geopolitical, technological and demographic challenges, digital transformation, the need to carry out assessments based on structured quantitative analysis of large data sets and the need to reconcile multicultural perspectives in human resources management.
Mobility abroad is a key element and takes the form of work and/or study experiences. The period of stay abroad can vary from one semester (Exchange and free mover programmes) to one year (Double Degree programmes).
The course is divided into different programs to study in international contexts:
- IM Concentrations , which offers different possibilities to specialize your curriculum by choosing a Concentration, as well as with exchange experiences, Double Degrees and internships abroad
- IM CEMS MIM , which allows you to obtain the prestigious CEMS MIM master’s degree
- IM Asia – China MIM , Double Degree with Fudan School of Management
- IM Asia – DD ESSEC , Double Degree with ESSEC in Paris and Singapore
- IM Global Experience , which offers access to a predominantly international class, with a mandatory period of exchange study (6 months) and/or internship abroad
