Now, more than ever, every effort is aimed at ensuring that the entire student body, teachers and staff of the University have the same opportunities for growth and development, regardless of the dimension that expresses diversity, be it gender, gender identity, religion, national origin, ethnicity, socio-economic status,, disability or mental health or other special needs, so that the whole community can benefit .

University and organization
From 2021, UDV University has given itself a new strategic plan , which will guide the activity until 2025.
The plan has reviewed the educational offer and confirmed the organizational and governance structure defined with the previous plan.
The training proposal has been expanded to offer greater opportunities for choice, more flexibility in the composition of study paths and better adaptability to the profiles required by the job market and the international context.

The Undergraduate School includes three-year degree courses.
The Graduate School includes specialist degree courses, pre-experience university master’s courses and specialization courses.
The School of Law includes the five-year single-cycle degree course in Law and other courses in the legal area.
Research doctorates belong to the Doctoral School (PhD School).

There are also 7 Interdepartmental Research Centres and 12 interdepartmental research and/or training facilities.
98 libraries and facilities provide bibliographic and documentary services to support education as well as teaching, research, professional and cultural activities. The University Museum Network comprises 15 Museums and Collections dedicated to various disciplines.
93,753 students have chosen the UDV (2021/22 a.y.), including 7,630 international students. A total of 1,036,109.13 square metres are allocated to curricular and extracurricular activities
